 Stephen
Sicard was born in 1964. He began the music by the violin
under the age of 6 years, without imaginaging that this
magical art will bring him on the beauty of the well being
music....
With
his first album, released in 1987 "Les Couleurs
Sonores", he is acclaimed as one of the
most brilliant french composer of this kind of music.
Since these days, he didn't stop to explore this univers
under all his facettes : fusion with the sounds of nature,
ancient echoes of classical influences, multicolored meetings
with the world music...
The main caracter of his work is an immediat emotionnal
melodic impact. We also find a constant and personnal
invitation to an inner travel. Very old collaborator of
the label ART COMPOSITE, he as composed at this day more
than 30 albums. All his albums are often usefull for all
the workers in the therapy fields as well as lovers of
serenity and beauty.
In year 2001, he was one of the first to inaugurate the
the new live place of Pierre Cardin, in the stone factory
of Chateau de Lacoste, Luberon. Here, his tracks were
illustrated by the wonderfull and spectacular videos of
Alexis de Castelbajac.
His growing interrest for ecology is leading him to developp
concept album , Lumière de
l'Eau is the first of a long story ....
